About
Hannah Fegan Counselling & Psychotherapy
Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or anxious? Therapy is a safe space to explore what you are experiencing and begin making changes. I understand that life can be overwhelming, and sometimes it feels daunting to confront difficult emotions or situations. That is why I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental environment where you can feel safe to explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences.
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist working towards accreditation. I offer online counselling and psychotherapy sessions via Zoom, allowing you to access support from the comfort and privacy of your own home or chosen safe space.
I believe therapy should be tailored to your unique needs. Therefore, I use a range of therapies to best support you, including person-centred therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I work with a diverse range of issues: anxiety, self-esteem, stress, depression, difficult life changes, and relationships. Healing begins when we bring feelings into the light and give them space to be understood. You deserve a caring, supportive environment where your experiences are honoured and where you can begin to find hope and strength.
Whether you’re looking for short-term support or ongoing personal growth, I am here to walk with you on your journey.
