Terms and Conditions

Services Provided

I offer one-on-one counselling and psychotherapy sessions online and in-person. Each session lasts 50 minutes.

Fees and Payment

  • Each session costs €60.

  • Payment is due after each session unless otherwise agreed.

  • Non-payment may result in the suspension of services.
     

Cancellation Policy

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur the full session fee.
     

Confidentiality

Your confidentiality is a priority. All sessions are confidential, except in cases where:

  • There is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

  • Abuse or neglect of a vulnerable person is disclosed.

  • Legal obligations require disclosure.
     

Data Protection

I comply with GDPR regulations, ensuring your data is handled securely. Your data is used solely for therapy-related purposes and is never shared without your consent.
